As the final home game of the 2021-22 regular season, the Atlanta Hawks today announced that they will be celebrating “Fan Appreciation Night” against Washington on Wednesday, April 6th. One of the highlights is the Non-Fungible Token (NFT), which is only available to fans participating in the game on Wednesday night. The “Forever 404” NFT features “Spirit the Hawk” and a digital commemorative ticket. Digital commemorative tickets are randomly distributed and have different rarity tiers such as Starter, All-Star, MVP, Legend and more. Earlier this month, Hawks, in collaboration with Atlanta-based Gig Labs, launched the first iteration of the NFT with the “Harry the Hawk” collection.
Before the match on Wednesday, fans can learn more about NFTs from the NFT 101 Twitter Spaces Conversation, a panel that discusses the basics of NFTs from 7 pm to 7:45 pm on Monday, April 4th.
